Job Details for Industrial Maintenance Technician:
- Starting pay rate: $27 per hour with growth oppty
- Hours: 1st Shift Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm
- Location: Lebanon, PA
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Contract to hire position
Job Responsibilities & Description for Industrial Maintenance Technician:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, adjust, and repair automated and manual manufacturing machinery
- Primarily work on mechanical systems with light electrical involvement: pneumatics, hydraulics, gas-controlled systems
- Light tool & die making – machine, repair, or fabricate replacement parts + work on machinery re-builds
- Assist in install, calibration, and test run of new machinery
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and activities
- Facilities repair as needed: pipe fitting, basic building electrical work, simple facility repairs etc.
Job Requirements for Industrial Maintenance Technician:
- REQUIRED: Reliable transportation – this jobsite is not bus accessible
- REQUIRED: 2+ years of Maintenance Mechanic experience within the manufacturing industry
- REQUIRED: 1+ year of experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, gear boxes, conveyor systems, motors, and electrical systems
- REQUIRED: Basic understanding of AC/DC fundamentals
- STRONGLY PREFERRED: 1+ year of experience working with CNC mills and CNC lathes
- PREFERRED: Background in Medical, Pharmaceutical, or government contract manufacturing environment
