We’re hiring dependable Sit‑Down Forklift Operators for a long‑term, temp‑to‑hire opportunity in Bolingbrook. If you want steady hours, weekly pay, and a strong team environment, this role is a great fit.
Available Shifts
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM — $18/hr
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00/4:30 PM – 12:30 AM — $20/hr
What You’ll Do
Operate a sit‑down forklift
Perform 50% forklift work and 50% manual material handling
Lift and move product (up to 50 lbs)
Load, unload, stage, and organize materials
Follow all warehouse safety rules (steel‑toe shoes required)
Support inventory accuracy and workflow
Work with leads and teammates to meet daily goals
Requirements
Experience operating a sit‑down forklift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable with a mix of forklift and manual labor
Steel‑toe shoes required
Reliable attendance
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Temp‑to‑hire — performance matters
