Driver / Dispatch Scheduler
Location: Bensalem, PA
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift
Driver / Dispatch Scheduler Responsibilities
Coordinate and dispatch daily transportation routes and driver assignments
Manage high-volume scheduling and make real-time route adjustments
Communicate with drivers, customers, and operations teams throughout the day
Monitor route performance and assist with service issues as they arise
Operate company vehicles and transport passengers when coverage is needed
Complete required reports, logs, and documentation
Follow all safety procedures and transportation regulations
Driver / Dispatch Scheduler Qualifications
Previous dispatch, scheduling, transportation, logistics, or fleet coordination experience
Experience working in a high-volume environment preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to use dispatching and routing software
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support driving operations when needed
High school diploma or equivalent
