Remote Licensed Open Enrollment Details:
Schedule: Remote
- Monday-Friday 9 am - 8 pm ET (Must be available for an 8-hour shift in this time window) after training
- Training Monday-Friday 9 am- 5:30 pm ET
Pay Rate: $19.50-$21/hr.
- Provide excellent customer communication via phone, email, and text
- Perform follow-up and status calls
- Answer benefit plan questions
Remote Licensed Open Enrollment Requirements:
- Experience in a call center environment
- Must have valid/active health, life, and accident licenses in PA, FL, TX, CA, IN, and IL
- Experience with open enrollment
- Must have your own equipment
