Food Production Associate Details:
Location: Lancaster, PA
Pay Rate: $15 starting rate
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts available + Overtime!
Paid weekly
Temporary with possibility for hire
Job Responsibilities Food Production Associates:
- Accurately label products
- Operate machinery
- Washing and cleaning materials and food products for daily production
- Conduct quality inspections
- Work in temperature‑controlled and refrigerated environments as required (cold temperatures 35-40 degrees)
- Prepare, portion, package, and organize food products while following company quality and food safety standards.
Job Requirements for Food Production Associates:
- Entry level roles available
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for safety reasons and work in a refrigerated environment (30-40 degrees) for extended periods of time. Consistent employment record
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Some roles require up to a years worth of experience
- Must be flexible with shift assignments and schedule changes based on operational needs.
