Duration: 3 month temp to perm
Schedule:
- Primary shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- May occasionally have to cover 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM as needed.
- Flexibility required based on workload
Pay:
- $20–$22/hour → Candidates with Reach Truck (RT) experience
Overview
We are seeking 2 reliable Order Pickers / Warehouse Associates to support our busy HVAC distribution operation during peak season. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting both commercial and residential HVAC products.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pull customer orders accurately
- Put away incoming inventory
- Prepare and stage transfers between locations
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse
- Follow safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Forklift experience (sit-down) a plus
- Reach Truck experience strongly preferred for higher pay tier
- Ability to lift, move, and handle HVAC materials (50-75lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
