HR Director
Schedule- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, will need flexibility for non-traditional hours
Payrate- $90,000-$115,000 based on previous experience
Location: Jenkintown, PA
Job Responsibilities for HR Director
Manage the entire HR function both in the department and across the organization
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Proven experience in OWNING a full cycle recruiting process in a growing organization.
Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes and training, initiatives to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resource information system (HRIS) and/or talent management system.
Qualifications for HR Director
8+ years of Human Resources experience at a high-performing organization, minimum of 5 years’ experience at the Director level.
Bachelor’s Degree
Need to be a high performer with the demonstrated ability to uphold high-performance standards across an HR team and subsequently across the organization.
Proven leadership of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, benefits administration and performance management
