Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm

With projects across North America, the company supports top architectural design firms by providing engineering expertise and high-quality materials throughout the design and specification process.
Their customer base includes general contractors, landscapers, metal fabricators, and government and transportation organizations. Project applications range from rooftop enclosures and fall protection systems to railing infills and large-scale structural enclosures.
As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative / Estimator to support an expanding customer base and play a key role in project execution.
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative / Estimator is a key member of the Sales and Business Development team, working closely with leadership to enhance the customer experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering responsive, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural materials, construction drawings, and product specifications, with the ability to guide customers from concept through installation.
This individual will collaborate with specifiers and installers, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and help ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within an assigned territory
- Respond promptly to inquiries related to pricing, product availability, order status, and basic technical questions
- Interpret construction drawings and project specifications to develop accurate estimates
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and installers to bring projects from design through completion
- Manage multiple projects at various stages, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
- Provide tailored product solutions that align with customer needs and project requirements
- Partner with internal sales support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Contribute to business growth through strong relationship-building and customer service
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, estimating, or a related role (2 years of construction or architectural products preferred)
- AutoCAD Experience (2 years required)
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
