Job Details for Quality Laboratory Technician:
- Schedule: 1st Shift Hours Mon-Fri between 8am and 5pm
- 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift *might* be available at a different location
- Pay Rate: $17 per hour with growth opportunity
- Seasonal temp position with potential to become full time
Job Responsibilities & Description for Quality Laboratory Technician:
- Operate and maintain quality testing machinery, instruments and laboratory equipment
- Prepare and label organic samples for testing
- Maintain and organize sample inventory
- Track and monitor supply inventory
- Assist in mechanical, chemical, and physical testing and reporting
- Apply strong understanding of math: fractions, decimals, and measurement tolerances
Job Requirements for Quality Laboratory Technician:
- REQUIRED: Must speak, read, and understand English for safety reasons
- REQUIRED: Must have reliable transportation – this position is not bus accessible
- Strongly Preferred: 6+ months of experience in a quality lab or medical manufacturing setting
- Must have good understanding of math and science principles
