Job details for Store manager:
Standard 5-day work week anywhere from Monday – Saturday from the hours of 8am -8pm
Overtime also available as business requires
60-65k a year

Job responsibilities for Store Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of store
- Oversee training and ensure team has proper certifications
- Conduct entire hiring process (interviewing, hiring, onboarding, etc.)
- Delegate and follow up on daily task completion
- Meet and exceed sales goals, hiring needs, and inventory expectations
- Conduct talent performance reviews and coaching conversations
- Lead daily team meetings to keep communication consistent with company standards to align the team on expectations and focuses while also encouraging and motivating the team
- Analyze budgets to identify areas of opportunity and implement improvement plans
- Money handling, payment collection, managing payroll, customer service, and over see sales
- Ensure a well-run store through problem solving, quick decision making, and maintain effective operations
- Ensure a clean and compelling visual stand to heighten the customer experience
- Complete debt collection
- Flex with business needs
Job requirements for Store Manager:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimally 3 years’ experience in retail management, customer facing role involving collections, or account management
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. (Including conflict resolution and maintaining a professional demeanor when de-escalating high stress situations)
- Being results driven and self-motivated
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (role requires ability to travel regularly for client visits)
- Ability to lift and safely move up to 50 lbs. manually and operate/ utilize different lifts such as carts, dollies, forklifts, forklift straps, and furniture sliders
