Position: Machine Operator
Start Date: After Successful Interview
Reports To: Kristy Marks
Assignment Length: Temp to Permanent
Shifts / Hours:
- 1st Shift: 6:55 AM – 3:05 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:55 PM – 11:05 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:55 PM – 7:05 AM
Overtime may be required
Dress Code: Steel-toed shoes or boots, clean industrial attire, safety glasses
Overtime Required: Yes
Invoicing Instructions: Standard
Permanent Pay Rate: $17–$20/hour

Daily Responsibilities
- Operate assembly or production machines to meet quality and output goals
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all manufactured parts meet quality standards
- Complete production paperwork and system documentation (SPC/SAP)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Monitor part inventory and load/unload machines as needed
Required Skills
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
