HR Business Partner
Salary: $95,000 - $105,000
Location: Hampton Roads, VA
Schedule: Full-Time
PeopleShare is partnering with a growing international organization to hire an experienced HR Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic business partnership with hands-on HR support. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and leadership coaching, while also possessing the ability to influence business decisions and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and workplace issues
• Support compensation, benefits, leave administration, and policy interpretation
• Lead and support talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives
• Analyze HR data and trends to make recommendations and improve business outcomes
• Assist with policy development, process improvement, and compliance initiatives
• Manage HR projects and deliverables while meeting established deadlines
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the organization
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience
• Experience partnering with leaders and managers on HR initiatives and employee relations matters
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
