The Production Supervisor is responsible for the direct execution of manufacturing operations during the assigned shift. This role ensures production goals are achieved while maintaining compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and operational standards.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time | Overnight Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily production activities during the overnight shift
- Communicate production schedules, priorities, and goals to operators
- Monitor production output, downtime, scrap, labor utilization, and workflow
- Enforce GMPs, safety procedures, and standardized work instructions
- Address performance issues and operational concerns in real time
- Supervise employee attendance, conduct, training, and development
- Ensure accurate and effective shift handoff communication
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready production environment
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience required
- Food manufacturing experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to hold employees accountable and enforce company standards
- Understanding of production metrics and KPIs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer and documentation skills

- Full-time, on-site manufacturing position
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
- Exposure to noise, heat, and active production equipment
- PPE required at all times while on the production floor
