Peopleshare is seeking a high‑energy, detail‑oriented Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse operations within a global organization. This role serves as a key communication point between multiple departments and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate processing of inventory, shipping, receiving, and compliance activities.
The Warehouse Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and provides essential administrative and operational support in a fast‑paced environment.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $21/hr

Onsite- Dayton, NJ
Key Responsibilities:
Sign in drivers and process orders in SAP
Answer and route phone calls
Perform SAP and Excel data entry
Schedule and update appointments
Coordinate deliveries, transfers, and returns
Create picklists and check product availability
Maintain and scan timesheets and invoices
Create service entries and POs in SAP
Order office supplies
Support Warehouse Manager & Lead with admin tasks
Process inbound/outbound shipments and returns
Handle monthly re‑work orders
Support GFCO compliance documentation
Assist with special projects and occasional HR tasks
Minimum Requirements :
Fast learner; reliable and accountable
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organization and attention to detail
Admin or warehouse clerical experience
Heavy data entry; comfortable in fast‑paced environment
SAP experience
Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
