NOW HIRING: PROGRAM LEADER (PART-TIME)
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Pay: $13-$15/hour
Schedule: Part-Time | 25-29 hours weekly
PeopleShare is hiring energetic and dependable Program Leaders to support youth programs and activities for children ages 6-18.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead engaging activities and programs for youth
• Maintain a safe and positive environment
• Supervise children during activities and recreation
• Encourage participation and positive behavior
• Support education, wellness, arts, sports, and leadership programs
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
• Assist with daily program setup and organization
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience working with youth preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and engage children
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
• CPR/First Aid certification required within 3 months
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
