Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-2pm
Pay Rate: $22-$23/hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
- Conduct door-to-door outreach and engage residents with professionalism and empathy
- Educate community members about available programs, benefits, and support services
- Collect and record accurate information from residents while maintaining confidentiality
- Serve as a liaison between the community and city services, identifying needs and concerns
- Participate in outreach events, resource fairs, and neighborhood initiatives
- Maintain daily activity logs and meet outreach goals
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve outreach strategies and impact
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in canvassing, outreach, customer service, or community engagement preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse populations
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Passion for community service, equity, and helping underserved populations
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
- Reliable transportation preferred (may vary by assignment)
- Basic data entry or mobile device skills for reporting outreach activities
