Security Coordinator Administrator
Location: Bensalem, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities
Support Security Project Managers with installation and service project coordination.
Update project schedules and maintain project documentation.
Receive and route customer service requests.
Confirm installation schedules and communicate project updates to customers.
Follow up with customers after project completion.
Take meeting notes and assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
Support warehouse operations by helping organize materials for projects.
Requirements and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous administrative, customer service, scheduling, or project coordination experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Experience supporting security operations, access control, job scheduling, project coordination, or related functions is a plus.
