Receptionist (In-Office)

Position Overview
Seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Open and close gates or provide visitor access as required
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Prepare and process outgoing mail and packages
- Provide basic information to visitors and callers
- Maintain visitor logs and issue badges if required
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email systems)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
