Interior Designer
Salary:$75,000 – $85,000 annually
Schedule: M-F 7am to 3:30pm or 8am to 4:30pm
About the Role:
This role partners closely with sales and design teams to develop detailed commercial interior design and construction documentation. It’s a great opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys collaboration and wants room to grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop full construction documentation including architectural, electrical, and reflected ceiling plans
- Create sections, elevations, details, and millwork drawings
- Coordinate and integrate architect drawings into AutoCAD standards
- Review client‑returned drawings and manage revisions
- Create efficient floor plans to optimize workflow and client experience
- Take on additional design responsibilities based on experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (NCIDQ preferred)
- 3–5 years of commercial interior design experience
- Strong AutoCAD skills (Architectural preferred)
- Experience creating space plans and full construction document sets
- Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
