Senior Interior Designer
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation:
$90,000 – $100,000+ (based on experience)
About the Role:
This senior‑level position focuses on providing design consultation and execution for commercial office and exam room environments. You’ll act as a lead designer, managing projects and client relationships from design through post‑installation.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage client accounts from initial design through installation and follow‑up
- Create and present design concepts including space planning, lighting, finishes, furniture, and ceilings
- Produce construction drawings and client sign‑off packages using AutoCAD
- Support sales presentations and respond to client and contractor inquiries
- Update drawings, sales orders, and project changes as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Quote and manage furniture and finish orders
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
- 5+ years of commercial interior design or space planning experience
- Advanced AutoCAD skills (2D & 3D required)
- Strong presentation, communication, and client‑facing skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross‑functionally
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
Work Environment:
Office‑based role with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
