Lead Custodian – College Campus | Wilmington, DE
Pay: $21.63/hour
Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Requirement: Mandatory weekends

Responsibilities for the Lead Custodian position:
- Perform and oversee daily custodial work (cleaning, floor care, trash removal)
- Supervise and support custodial staff, especially on weekends
- Maintain cleaning schedules and follow safety procedures
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Perform minor maintenance and assist during inclement weather
Qualifications for the Lead Custodian position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of custodial experience (lead/supervisory experience preferred)
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical work
- Reliable and flexible to work weekends
