💰 $26–30/hour, based on experience & skills
⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, approx. 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm
đź“… OT Eligible | Peak Season (October–December) hours may varyÂ
🛠What You’ll Do
- Lead daily shipping execution including pick, pack, and kitting operations
- Manage labor throughput, productivity, and time clock adjustments
- Coordinate FedEx trailer schedules, trucking execution, and wholesale/corporate orders
- Oversee SQF food safety programs, including training, daily logging, and execution
- Ensure proper use of equipment, forklifts, and completion of required physical training/certifications
✔ What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
- Prior experience supervising or leading fulfillment/shipping operations
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce order fulfillment and shipping workflows
- Experience working in food, perishable, or SQF‑regulated environments preferred
- Hands‑on leader with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
