We’re looking for reliable and motivated sanitation associates to support a busy USDA food production facility in Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.

Sanitation Associate
💰 Competitive hourly pay – Temp to Hire
⏰ Schedule: 8-hour shifts (full-time)
📅 Work Days: 40 hours per week, consistent schedule
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain production and non-production areas in a USDA-regulated food plant
- Break down, clean, sanitize, and reassemble manufacturing equipment
- Use sanitation tools and equipment (foaming systems, power tools, hand scrubbing of floors and walls)
- Participate in pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is safe and ready for use
- Follow all GMPs, PPE requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures to maintain a safe food environment
✔ What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sanitation, food production, or industrial cleaning preferred
- Ability to safely handle and dispose of chemicals and waste materials
- Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures (freezer to warm production areas)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset; reliable and safety-conscious
