Schedule: M-F | 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS!!)
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour
Term: 2-4 month contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a polished, reliable, and friendly Medical Receptionist to join a high-touch orthopedic medical practice. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a critical role in delivering a seamless and professional experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting patients
- Managing front desk operations
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting and verifying patient information
- Coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a medical front desk, patient access, or similar healthcare role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette Professional
- Polished demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
