Job Details for Customer Service Representative:
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a-5p (1 hour break + OT pay)
Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour based on experience

Job Description for Customer Service Representative:
- Work on-site in the store front/ service center
- Promptly greet any walk-in customers
- Promptly answer phones
- Process customer sales
- Demonstrate welding - industry knowledge to best assist customer needs and make recommendations based on needs
- Build a strong rapport to encourage return customers
- Safely load products onto trailers and customer transport vehicles
- Data entry
- Perform basic arithmetic
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Ability to lift minimally 75lbs independently
- High school education or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus
- Inside sales experience preferred such as upselling/suggestive selling within call center or retail environment
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Must have welding product knowledge or excitement around learning about the industry
