Forklift Operators – Joliet & Elwood, IL (3PL | International Shipping)
Now hiring for a global 3PL company that ships industrial parts overseas. We are expanding our team in the Joliet/Elwood, IL area and looking for experienced forklift operators ready to start immediately.
Position: Forklift Operator (Sit‑Down & Stand‑Up Required)
Shifts & Pay:
1st Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm — $18.50/hr
3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am — $19.50/hr
Job Requirements:
Recent experience operating both sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts
Comfortable loading and unloading containers using a forklift
Able to maneuver safely in tight spaces and handle industrial parts for overseas shipments
Must be able to pass a written and driving forklift test today
Must be OK completing a facility tour Monday at 11:30am
Strong attendance, safety awareness, and ability to work in a fast‑paced 3PL environment
Reliable transportation to the Joliet/Elwood, IL area
Job Duties:
Loading and unloading containers and trailers
Picking, putaway, replenishment, and staging pallets
Supporting international shipping processes
General warehouse tasks as needed
