Material Handler – Full-Time

We’re hiring full-time Material Handlers for an industrial shop supporting military and maritime projects.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 30‑minute unpaid lunch + two paid 15‑minute breaks
- Occasional evenings or Saturdays for special projects
- Goal: steady 40 hours with limited overtime
Responsibilities
- Prep and mask parts for blasting, painting, and powder coating
- Hang parts on racks and ensure proper grounding
- Use hand and power tools (sanders, drills, impacts)
- Move materials between work areas and ovens
- Package finished products for delivery or pickup
- Follow job travelers, safety rules, and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- Valid VA driver’s license (preferred)
- Forklift experience a plus (training available)
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and safety‑focused
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift during shift
- Comfortable wearing PPE
