Title: Reclaim Operator
Schedule:
Overnight; Schedule/Hours: 12-hour nights, 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM
**First week is 8am-430pm for training, will switch to night shift after this**
1A this week is off Monday, work Tue/Wed, off Thurs, Fri, work Sat, Sun, Monday off Tues, Wed, work Thurs, Fri and off Sat, Sun, Mon.
1B this week work Monday off Tues/Wed work Thurs/Fri off Sat, Sun, Mon work Tue Wed off Thurs, Fri, work Sat, Sun, Mon.
Pay:
$17.28/hr
($16/hr during training week)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist Machine Operators by recycling aluminum material and scrap
Maintain clean, safe work environment
Draw ATH for disposal, clean machines, remove debris from burner and machines
Support supervisors and team in training and cross-training efforts
Perform Lockout/Tagout as required
Other duties as assigned
Wear required PPE (safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.)
Must be comfortable with moving equipment, ladders, stairs, and moderate temperature changes
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching; occasional squatting, crouching, above-shoulder reaching
Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs., occasional up to 50 lbs.
Push/pull materials with pallet jack
Technical Skills Required:
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (forklift not required)
Longevity in previous positions

High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years manufacturing experience
