General Labor / Warehouse Associate – Joliet & Elwood, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm
Pay: $18/hr — Weekly Pay! Hours: Full 40 hours every week

We’re hiring reliable, hands‑on General Labor / Warehouse Associates to support daily operations involving metal, steel coils, and industrial equipment. This is a long‑term opportunity with steady hours, consistent scheduling, and a clear path to permanent employment.
What You’ll Do
Strap and secure metal and steel coils
Secure industrial equipment onto freight
Use basic power tools (drills, nail guns, sledgehammers)
Perform general warehouse labor as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, squat, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Must wear steel‑toe shoes
Comfortable working around heavy materials and equipment
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Reliable transportation
Ability to follow safety procedures in a fast‑paced environment
