We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators to support high‑volume warehouse operations in the Joliet and Elwood area. These are temp‑to‑hire positions offering weekly pay, consistent full‑time hours, and potential overtime based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts to pick customer orders and load products onto trailers
Work from warehouse operations sheets to complete accurate order picking
Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
Stage pallets and replenish warehouse locations
Perform case picking and general warehouse duties
Record and verify shipment accuracy for all incoming and outgoing deliveries
Ensure all documentation and paperwork is completed correctly
Conduct daily forklift maintenance and safety inspections
Handle customer products properly and maintain organized storage
Inspect deliveries for proper packing, product condition, and potential damage
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Qualifications
Recent forklift experience required
Ability to operate at least one of the listed machines
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
