We’re looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain & Production Planner to own the production schedule for one of our key business units. In this role, you’ll ensure the right products are made at the right time, with the right materials, to meet customer demand while optimizing efficiency and inventory levels.

What You’ll Do
Production Planning & Scheduling:
- Build, maintain, and optimize the master production schedule.
- Use MRP/ERP tools to determine material requirements, identify shortages, and assess supply risks.
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production plans with Operations.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
- Lead and participate in planning meetings across Operations, Quality, Customer Service, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Communicate production updates, risks, and back‑in‑stock dates to internal stakeholders.
- Work with Procurement, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure material availability.
Inventory & Supply Management:
- Minimize out‑of‑stocks while balancing capacity and material constraints.
- Manage replenishment of purchased goods and coordinate transfers to warehouses and subcontractors.
- Respond quickly to unplanned demand and assess the organization’s ability to meet requirements.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and analyze reports to track KPIs and production performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, including the EVP.
- Maintain planning parameters and manage production orders within the ERP system.
What You Bring:
Must‑Haves:
- Elite Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong manufacturing experience (CPG preferred).
- Hands‑on MRP experience with ERP systems, BOMs, and planning parameters.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in a CPG manufacturing environment focused on production planning, master scheduling, or supply planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
