Shipping & Receiving Clerks Details:
- Schedule: 1st shift Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm; 2nd shift Monday-Friday
- Competitive pay: Starting Rate $21-22/hr and then increase after 6 months
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Easton, PA
Shipping & Receiving Clerks Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Operate sit-down forklifts other equipment safely.
- Enter and update inventory in the WMS/RF system and report discrepancies.
- Greet drivers, manage sign‑in, assign dock doors, and verify appointments.
- Unload inbound shipments safely, check loads against packing lists, and put materials away correctly.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to client requirements.
- Verify correct items and quantities before shipping and ensure proper packaging.
- Move materials to designated locations without damage and perform basic equipment checks.
Shipping & Receiving Clerks Requirements:
- Experience operating stand‑up forklifts and other warehouse material‑handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use WMS systems and RF scanners.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely as required.
