Spare Parts Call Center Administrator
Pay Rate: $21–$23/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Type: 3‑month temporary assignment with potential to become permanent
Location: On-site
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Spare Parts Call Center Administrator to support a busy Parts/Service Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing service orders, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing administrative support to internal teams and customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative, order entry, or call center experience—especially within manufacturing, supply chain, or service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, process, and track Service Orders (SOs)
- Perform daily administrative support, including data entry and documentation
- Respond to inquiries regarding order status, parts availability, and service requests
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, M3, or similar)
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and service departments
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies
- Support operational processes such as SB124 documentation
- Maintain compliance and organized documentation
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in:
- Order processing/order entry
- Administrative or office support
- Customer service/call center
- Service order processing or parts coordination
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient with data entry and basic computer systems
- Experience with manufacturing or supply chain environments is a plus
