This role is a critical link between production and the customer, ensuring that only high-quality, verified products leave the facility. It requires a blend of technical operating skill and meticulous administrative accuracy.
Core Responsibilities
Precision Loading: Operate sit-down forklifts to load finished goods onto outbound trucks. You will follow specific shipping schedules and load patterns to ensure weight distribution and safety.
Quality Assurance Partnership: Work directly with the QA Technician to perform "Final Checks." This involves verifying that product types, lot codes, and quantities match the shipping orders perfectly.
Inventory Staging: Organize and move finished goods into designated warehouse staging zones. This preparation is key to maintaining an efficient loading flow and meeting tight departure windows.
Compliance & Release: Act as the final gatekeeper. You are responsible for ensuring that only goods with an official QA "Released" status are placed,
