Sorting Machine Operator Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 + 10% shift premium = $22.00 an hour

Sorting Machine Operator Job Description:
The Sorting Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring automated sorting equipment used to inspect and separate parts based on quality standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring that products meet strict quality specifications before moving forward in the distribution process.
Responsibilities include:
Operating sorting machines to inspect and separate parts according to quality standards
Monitoring equipment performance and making minor adjustments when necessary
Conducting visual inspections to identify defects or irregularities
Maintaining accurate production and quality records
Ensuring work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Communicating with supervisors and team members regarding machine performance or quality concerns
Sorting Machine Operator Job Requirements:
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
