🛠 What You'll Do
- Monitor food safety and quality standards throughout all stages of production and manufacturing processes
- Verify labels, lot numbers, temperatures, and document findings in compliance with HACCP requirements
- Perform quality inspections including product weight, crust height, sauce distribution, and other production checks
- Ensure compliance with FDA and USDA regulations and communicate with inspectors as needed
- Assist with production line preparation and weekly inventory counts
✔ What We're Looking For
- Previous quality control, food manufacturing, or food safety experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in both hot and cold environments
- Understanding of food safety, HACCP, FDA, and USDA standards is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
