Quality Control Technician
💰 $18.00–$20.00/hr – Temp to Hire
⏰ Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift
đź“… Work Days: Monday–FridayÂ
🛠What You’ll Do
- Assist in preparing manufacturing lines for production
- Verify proper labels and lot numbers across storage, production, and packaging areas
- Conduct temperature checks and document findings as part of HACCP requirements
- Perform quality checks such as dough weight, crust height, sauce distribution, and more
- Support FDA/USDA compliance and communicate with inspectors when needed
- Assist with weekly inventory countsÂ
✔ What We’re Looking For
- Ability to complete check sheets accurately and follow up on non‑compliance issues
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and working in hot/cold environments
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Fast-paced, manufacturing or food production experience helpful
