Job Details for Temporary on-site Recruiting Specialist:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Starting Pay: $23-$25 per hour based on experience
- Contract role for 3-6 months, with possibility of becoming permanent if you do awesome!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Temporary on-site Recruiting Specialist:
- Heavy focus on recruiting, screening, interviewing hiring, onboarding, and supporting employee retention
- Post jobs on internal and external job boards, and use external sites and strategies to source candidates
- Review incoming applications with a sense of urgency and phone screen qualified applicants
- Assist in drafting, writing, and distributing new job descriptions
- Assist in scheduling and communication around onsite interviews and subsequent job offers
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs
Job Requirements for Temporary on-site Recruiting Specialist:
- REQUIRED: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting title such as, Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Onsite Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist or HR Generalist
- REQUIRED: 3+ years of experience in recruiting, using an ATS system and/or HRIS system and sourcing candidates from external platforms
- Must have experience in hiring and onboarding processes and strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Must be computer-proficient – fast paced data entry, digital filing/organization, use of Microsoft Products like Outlook and Excel
- Strongly recommended: competitive personality that thrives under pressure and fast pace
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelors Degree
- Must have reliable transportation to float between 2 Lancaster County buildings
