Location: Lancaster County, PA
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 (based on relevant experience)
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 6am-3pm and every other Friday | 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday 3:pm-1am and every other Friday
Job Responsibilities for 1st shift and 2nd shift Assembler Production Associates:
- Use computer database to pull work instructions and log data & complete checklist
- Cut, prep, label, and organize wires for use in larger builds
- Crimp, connect, or fasten parts using hand tools or simple equipment
- Follow diagrams or work instructions to assemble units from start to finish
- Fit wiring, harnesses, and components neatly into housings or enclosures
- Perform basic soldering or connector work as needed
- Conduct detailed measurement and functional inspections using machinery and precision tools like calipers and micrometers
- Keep your workspace clean and organized while following quality and safety steps
Job Requirements 1st shift and 2nd shift Assembler Production Associates
- REQUIRED: For safety reason must be able to communicate in English
- REQUIRED: Must have reliable transportation, this location is not easily accessible by bus
- REQUIRED: 1+ year of experience working in Precision Assembly, Machine Operation of similar. Electronic Assembly experience required
- PREFFERED: 1+ year of experience with a computer database such as WMS, ERP SAP or similar
- Good hand-eye coordination and comfort working with small parts
- Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, or basic drawings
- Steady hands for tasks like crimping, connecting, or occasional light soldering
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing accurate, clean work
- Ability to use basic hand tools and small production equipment
