Customer Service Representative Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative supports a high‑volume customer and dealer base by providing professional service, accurate order handling, and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a collaborative office environment.
Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for customers by phone and in person
- Accurately process customer orders and maintain detailed records
- Assist customers with general product questions and provide basic guidance
- Support internal sales efforts by documenting inquiries and assisting with follow‑ups
- Communicate customer feedback and common requests to team members
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks to support daily operations
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on customer service and accuracy
- Enjoys working in a team‑based office environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the workday
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for order entry and documentation
- General knowledge of agriculture is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow in a Customer Service Representative role
- 1+ year of experience in a professional office environment REQUIRED
- 1+ year of experience in a professional call center PREFFERED
