PeopleShare has a position open for a Production Associate/Assembler role in Pennsauken, NJ. We are looking for candidates that are mechanically inclined and can use hand tools. Industry specific training will be provided.

Pay Rate: $18/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (overtime available)

Currently, we are seeking an individual to join our cutting die production team as an Assembler. Responsibilities
- Reading and understanding assembly drawings
- Preparing materials
- Aligning materials and assembling parts to build more complex units
- Adhering to job specifications
- Checking output to ensure product quality
- Creating proofs of each completed product
- Working both independently and within a team
Qualifications
- Must be able to measure components to a 1/32nd of an inch with a ruler or measuring tape
- Must be able to lift product weighting up to 60lbs unassisted
- Must be able to use hand tools
- Must be comfortable with power tools
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must have a mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing, light industrial, or job shop environment preferred
