What You’ll Do as an Electrical Assembler
- Assemble electrical components, wire harnesses, and control panels
- Use hand tools and power tools to build and modify assemblies
- Install wiring, breakers, busbars, and related components
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Perform basic electrical testing using multimeters or visual checks
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Support production goals in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For (Entry Level)
This Electrical Assembler role does not require advanced experience. We’re looking for someone who has:
- Basic electrical knowledge (school, training, or hands‑on exposure)
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and/or wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during the shift
- Reliable transportation to the Hanover, MD facility
- High school diploma or GED required
Preferred (Not Required)
- Any prior assembly, manufacturing, or technician experience
- Exposure to electrical wiring, panels, or harnesses
- Trade school, vocational training, or technical coursework
