Accounts Receivable Clerk
A full‑time Accounts Receivable Clerk is needed to support accounting operations and assist with an upcoming data‑verification project. This role is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills, good accuracy, and a professional, personable communication style.
Location: Warminster, PA - In Office
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $18-20.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and update customer email addresses; make outbound calls to obtain missing information
Look up customer contact details online when needed
Perform accurate, high‑volume data entry and general administrative tasks
Provide phone support and manage daily mail pickup, sorting, and distribution
Enter invoices into customer portals and update customer account information
Process sales tax certificates and assist with credit applications
Support scanning, special projects, and backup tasks in billing, cash application, and collections
Ideal Candidate:
Strong data entry accuracy and typing speed
1–2 years of experience preferred
Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
Able to multitask and stay organized
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check and Drug test required
