Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Pennsauken, NJ 08110
Type: 4 month contract-to-hire
Pay rate: $20-22/hr
Admin Tasks:
- Skills- Computers, Microsoft EXCEL, Google, Google docs/Sheets, Adobe,
- Expertise- 2 years of experience in administration.
- Assist with future hiring and onboarding process, compile candidates, Send links, etc.
- Keep in-house contact list updated for employees
- Keep vehicle maintenance tracker list up to date, (excel)
- Process all material returns/ authorization slips and shipping out to vendor
- Process all material returns/ authorization slips and shipping out to vendor
- Representative to vendors
- Confirm- pre-fill templates for permitting , licenses etc
Permit process help:
- Update permit tracker.
- QB vendor inventory data entry
- Accept all deliveries
- Copy all slips / put copies of slips in the folder for us.
- Then return original slips to shipments on carts or pallets.
- Friday afternoon - upload all weekly slips to sharefolder
Procurement process:
- Compiling / Presenting all purchases per project
- Tracking by dates, approved, ordered, received, etc.
- Take the takeoff spreadsheets and send lists out to vendors for pricing
- Organize a spreadsheet with links to all quotes per project.
- Track overall procurement process daily
- Present weekly updates
