Extrusion Line Operator
Location: Telford, PA
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule (2/2/3 rotation):
• A Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM
• B Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
We are seeking reliable Extrusion Line Operators to join a manufacturing team running a 2/2/3 rotating schedule. This position offers hands‑on training, long‑term stability, and opportunities for advancement in a safety‑focused, high‑volume production environment.
Extrusion Line Operator Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and adjust extrusion lines, feeders, and downstream equipment
Perform quality checks, measure product dimensions, and record accurate production data
Prepare raw materials, load hoppers, and assist with machine changeovers
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate mechanical problems as necessary
Follow all GMP, SQF, and plant safety standards, including lockout/tagout basics
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
Perform basic maintenance tasks, equipment inspections, and operate forklifts or motorized pallet jacks
Extrusion Line Operator Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation
Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate industrial machinery
Ability to lift 50–70 lbs, climb stairs, and work 12‑hour shifts
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Experience with extrusion, plastics, or continuous manufacturing preferred
