Contract terms: 6 month contract with possibility of permanent based on performance
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (On-site)
Pay Rate: $50.63 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems
- Coordinate divisional communications with the Provost and Vice President
- Manage Academic and Student Success Council meetings and documentation
- Oversee processes related to academic scheduling, faculty workload/pay, and released time
- Ensure compliance with college policies and collective bargaining agreements
- Manage administrative operations, including records, forms, contracts, and reporting schedules
- Monitor and manage the division’s operating budget and prepare adjustments
- Maintain reporting, recordkeeping, and auditing systems
- Supervise, train, and evaluate Academic Operations Unit staff
- Partner with deans and managers to enhance programs and services
- Work with HR on faculty and staff hiring, evaluations, promotions, and related processes
- Support research, data collection, and the preparation of internal and external reports
- Assist with planning and improving technology solutions that support division operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Six (6) years of experience in operations, administration, or management
- Supervisory experience required
- Budget management experience required
- Experience with enterprise-wide software required (Banner preferred)
