Production Machine Operator – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift
A growing production facility in Warminster is seeking dependable Production Machine Operators to join the team on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. The plant has recently undergone upgrades, added new smart‑tech equipment, and offers long‑term growth opportunities with consistent overtime.
Location: Warminster, PA
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Shift Times:
What You’ll Do:
Operate production and mailing equipment according to guidelines
Prepare outgoing metered mail and verify dates, postage, and barcodes
Troubleshoot and clear machine jams
Conduct quality checks and follow production tickets
Package finished products accurately
Complete electronic and paper documentation
Maintain a clean, safe work area
Assist other departments as needed
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of production or warehouse experience
Dependability and willingness to work overtime
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment
Ability to read and write basic English
Must pass background check, drug test, and education
