- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM
- Pay Rate: $28-33/hour

Job Responsibilities for Warehouse Supervisor: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, shipping, inventory control, and team leadership. This role requires hands‑on oversight of material handling equipment, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to lead by example in a fast‑paced environment.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Operate and oversee use of forklifts, cranes, and other material‑handling equipment.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels; assist with cycle counts and audits.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with scheduling, workflow planning, and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping using basic computer applications (e.g., email, inventory systems).
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, drivers, vendors, and management.
Job Requirements for Warehouse Supervisor:
- 3–10 years of warehouse supervision experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Certified or experienced forklift operator with strong proficiency in operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, data entry, and inventory software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Spanish-speaking ability (a plus, not required).
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, etc.).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
