Salary: $110,000–$130,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

Job Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance mechanics specializing in plastics processing equipment
Oversee daily maintenance operations, assign work orders, and ensure timely completion
Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts
Implement and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program
Conduct equipment inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Troubleshoot and repair extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, and related systems
Maintain accurate maintenance records, KPIs, downtime tracking, and cost reporting
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
Stay current with industry best practices and new technologies
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on maintenance improvements and cost‑saving opportunities
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
7–10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong technical background with plastics processing, extrusion, injection molding, and electrical systems
Proven experience managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Skilled in hydraulics, pneumatics, schematics, and blueprint reading
Familiarity with CMMS systems
Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
Hands‑on, floor‑focused leader who is ready to jump in and support repairs
Ability to manage budgets, prioritize workload, and drive results
