Quality Technician – Concrete Manufacturing
Location: Bristol, PA
Shifts: 1st or 3rd Shift (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
A concrete manufacturing facility in Bristol, PA is seeking a Quality Technician to support daily production and ensure all raw materials, in‑process components, and finished products meet required standards. This role works in both indoor and outdoor industrial environments and is ideal for someone with hands‑on quality control experience in a related industry.
Responsibilities
Perform compressive strength testing on hardened concrete specimens
Conduct pre‑ and post‑pour inspections on concrete products
Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with quality standards
Assist with strip, setup, and pouring of concrete products as needed
Report quality concerns and process improvements to management
Complete additional tasks as assigned to support production and quality operations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Quality control experience in concrete, construction materials, or related manufacturing
ACI or PCI certification preferred, or ability to pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Ability to read and write instructions and communicate effectively with team members
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the workday
