Job Details: Warehouse Operations Specialist
- Schedule: - 3:00pm - 11:30pm, M-F + Overtime
- Will be required to train on first shift for 2-3 week
- Pay Rate: $24 / hour + increase in pay after probationary period and opportunities for bonuses
Location: King of Prussia, Pa
You will be trained in the following areas:
Receiving:
- Unloading inbound shipments
- Verifying quantities and product accuracy
- Inspecting materials for damage
- Processing receiving documentation
- Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Staging materials for put‑away
Inventory Control:
- Cycle counting and stock verification
- Investigating inventory discrepancies
- Bin audits and slotting accuracy
- Updating system records
- Supporting root‑cause analysis for inventory issues
Operations:
- Picking customer orders using RF scanners
- Packing and preparing shipments
- Following order accuracy and quality standards
- Understanding workflow between departments
- Meeting productivity and safety expectations
Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- Strong Math skills and ability to pass pre-employment math assessments
- At least 2 years of stable work experience (Can be in any field but must show stability)
- Ability to pass nationwide criminal background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation (Client is not accessible by SEPTA)
- Ability to learn and be certified on warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, etc)
